Arkansas Duck Hunts
**New for this season** - Arkansas Duck Hunts in Janurary!!!
    Every season we receive numerous calls from people wanting to hunt and they only have 1 or 2 people in their group, as well as several people wanting to hunt during Janurary when the season is at its best! We usually have to pair you up with another group or turn you away, not this season!!
     Starting this duck season in Janurary of 2012 I will offer guided duck hunts in central Arkansas along the lower White River! I will start guiding in Arkansas on Jan 5th through the last day of season on Jan 29th!
     To keep it on a personal level, maximum group size is 2 people at a special price of $150 a day per person! Call today to reserve your dates!

Missouri Duck Hunts (dates and discounts still available!)
Our Missouri duck season for 2011 will open on Nov 5th and will close on Jan 3rd 2012

Our duck hunting is typically done from the comfort of a pit or blind, but occasionally when the ducks scatter we may hunt from an Avery layout blind or standing in backwater and willow thickets. You'll be accompanied by one of our experienced guides who will transport you to the hunting area by boat or four wheeler.

The rate for a guided hunt is $225 a day per person Lodging at our camp is included in price if available, so please book early! We require a 4 person minimum / 6 person maximum for each group! Smaller groups are welcome to book, but we will try to pair you up with someone else.

* Age 15 and under do not require a license and can hunt with us for half price if accompanied by paying adult (Parent or Legal Guardian must be present).

Sorry, no discounts will be given for hunts booked after Sept 1st each year!

Specklebelly Goose Hunts

   Speck season for 2011 will open on Nov 24th and will close on Jan 31 2012!

Speck hunting in our neck of the country is fast becoming popular! The increasing numbers of these birds each year are making them very fun and successful to pursue! Once our duck season closes in early January, our gears shift toward the dry fields and we start guiding Speck hunters!
The rate for speck hunting is $175 per person each day and lodging in our camp is included at no additional charge! We require a minimum of 3 people in each group and a maximum of 6. Right now we only guide 1 group of hunters each day to help insure that we can keep you on the "X", so please book early to insure your dates!

    Most of our speck hunts are done from either a pit in a flooded grain field or from a layout blind in a dry grain field. Hunters are typically transported out to the blind by 4-wheeler each morning.

Arkansas Snow Goose Hunts
**New for spring of 2012** - Guided snow goose hunts!!!

    This is actually not part of Locked Wings & Labs, but a friend of mine with a well known goose guide service has talked me into guiding snow goose hunters for him at his lease in Arkansas during the month of Feburary! Every spring the snow geese arrive in breath taking numbers to cover up the farmland of central Arkansas and wreak havoc on the farmers fields! Come join me in a massive decoy spread and electronic live goose sounds and we will take care of their problem!

Seasonal Leases

For those of you wanting your own spot for the season, seasonal leases are commonly available. Each year we have approximately 20 spots that we lease out by the season. Typically, 4-6 people get together and lease one of these spots. Customers leasing a spot this season have 1st option of leasing the same spot for the following season and they have to let us know their intentions prior to April 1st. After April 1st, we usually know what will be available and can fill any vacancy's for the following season. We have very little turn over, and usually only have 1 or 2 spots become available each year. If you think you are interested in a seasonal lease please contact us in the spring or early summer!
